All proceeds from the second printing benefit the SMU Human Rights Program. The creator, Lamisa Mustafa, is a major in the program and many of the anthology's contributors are also

SMU Human Rights community members.

This project began as a Take Action Challenge at The Pangea Network's Young Women's Leadership Challenge Dallas conference in June 2017. All proceeds from the first printing of this book went to The Pangea Network.
